Position : IT Manager

• Lead full-cycle ERP implementation across Production, Sales, Logistics, HR, Finance, and other functions.
• Act as the main liaison with ERP vendors and consultants, ensuring smooth rollout, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications or related IT field.
• Minimum 12 years of IT management experience.
• Mandatory experience in end-to-end ERP implementation (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Odoo, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, IT operations, and digital transformation.
• Certifications such as MCP, MCITP, CCNA preferred; ITIL, PMP, cybersecurity certifications are an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
