About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Procurement Manager to lead and manage procurement activities for major Oil & Gas EPC projects. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in complex project environments and demonstrate strong leadership, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end procurement activities for large-scale EPC and oil field projects.
Develop procurement strategies aligned with project schedules, budgets, and technical requirements.
Manage vendor selection, qualification, negotiation, and contract administration.
Oversee procurement planning for topsides, modules, structural erections, wellheads, and jackets.
Collaborate with engineering, project management, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and project specifications.
Maintain accurate procurement records, reporting, and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
15+ years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in the Oil & Gas industry and EPC environments.
Proven experience in procurement for topsides, modules, structural erections, wellheads, and jackets.
Strong track record managing procurement for large-scale EPC / oil field projects.
Professional certifications such as CIPS, PMP, APICS, or CILT are highly preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP procurement systems.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
