Hiring – Document Controller

Requirements:
✔ Strong Excel proficiency
✔ Working knowledge of ACONEX (document management system)
✔ Ability to review technical documents and extract relevant asset data
✔ Revit knowledge (to open models and support Excel import/export to COBie) — this would be an added advantage

Scope of Work:

Filling approximately 60 parameters per asset as per the attached Asset Strategy Report and sample Excel sheets.
The project consists of multiple zones, and each zone contains 15 disciplines (i.e., 15 Excel files per zone).
In total, approximately 45 Excel sheets require completion.

The completed data must be structured in a format that can be:
Imported into the Revit model, and
Exported to COBie, in accordance with the Asset Strategy Report requirements.
