Tiki Pacifico is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations
Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team
Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and service standards
Manage staffing, scheduling, and operational efficiency
Monitor financial performance, costs, and profitability
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a Restaurant Manager role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Experience in high-volume restaurants, bars, or lifestyle dining concepts preferred
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
