✅ Valid **Food Handler’s Certificate**
✅ Good **English Communication & Writing Skills — Mandatory**
✅ Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, catering company, or commercial kitchen preferred
✅ Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

### ???? JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Wash, clean, and sanitize kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and equipment.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen areas, dishwashing sections, and storage areas.
* Support chefs and kitchen staff with cleaning and basic kitchen preparation.
* Collect, segregate, and dispose of kitchen waste properly.
* Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
* Maintain proper organization and storage of kitchen equipment and supplies.
* Assist with receiving and arranging kitchen supplies when required.
* Keep floors, work areas, sinks, and kitchen equipment clean and safe.
* Follow instructions from the Chef, Supervisor, and Kitchen Management.
* Maintain a professional attitude and good teamwork during duty.
